list of questions for our customers is long, and the results of
our research and development are correspondingly targeted.

The 2000 square metre idea factory
Whether for baked goods, deli foods, dairy products, meat, or
confectionery, only actual in-use testing can show whether
our lecithins meet all the requirements of each industry. At
our Technology Centre in Ahrensburg, Germany, specialists
from different disciplines meet to discuss and work out new
approaches. In eleven industry-specific work areas, our experts
test and improve key lecithin properties like oxidation stability,
feel, viscosity, processing characteristics and much more – until
the lecithin is a perfect fit for your product.
